We have 2 set cleaning checklists you can choose from these are where the cleaning starts, and you can add any additional extras on top of it.

Absolutely! We understand life happens. If the proposed time doesn’t work for you, we’ll find a better fit. Just let us know 72 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Our goal with the 72 hour notice, is to get enough notice so we can fill the gap and to make sure it doesn't affect our teams schedules and their income.

Totally up to you! If its your first cleaning with us, we do recommend you are there for a walk through with the cleaners in the beginning and again at the end.

However, its not required for you to be home. You can provide access through a lockbox, hidden key, or another arrangement, we’re flexible.

Our teams follow a detailed checklist which you can see live online as well as viewing all the before and after photos for your peace of mind.

No, we’ve got you covered! We will bring any supplies needed to complete the job.

However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, feel free to provide them. We’re happy to accommodate your preferences.

Absolutely! You can choose from one of our preset checklists and can add on any of our additional add ons or you can choose to go hourly if you want your own cleaning checklist.

If you choose to go hourly, please provide the checklist to customer service so we can add your list to the booking notes on our side for the cleaners to review.

We like to have you show us, because we have been in the industry long enough to know what will get done in the allotted time and what may not get done in the allotted time. Just remember if you choose hourly the cleaners work from top to bottom of your cleaning list and stop when the time runs out. Time also includes unloading and loading supplies.

Back in the day, the old school way was checks, cash, and invoices and looking back at it now that much more complicated than it really had to be.

Did you know that checks put your information at much higher risk than a debit card?

Debit cards shield your account numbers, but checks expose them. You can always get a new debit card, but getting a new account number? That's a real challenge.

Plus, passing a check through so many cleaners and their cars before it reaches the owner's bank exposes your sensitive info to multiple people, not to mention never knowing when the check was going to clear your bank. Same day, same week, next month...

We've upgraded to the most secure and easy way for you to handle your cleaning payments.

To ensure your information is protected, we only accept debit or credit card payments.

24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, we'll put the funds on hold to ensure they're available before we send the cleaners out.

This will show as a pending charge on your account but stays pending until the cleaning is completed.

If for some reason the hold fails, we'll reach out to update your card. If we're unable to get an updated card on file, we'll have to cancel the booking and you'll be charged a late cancellation fee.

Once the cleaning is completed, your card will be charged, and the hold will be released from pending status at your bank.

Need to reschedule or cancel? You can do so up to 3 days in advance with no penalty.

For payments, we use a highly secure payment processor called Stripe, ensuring your financial information is always protected.

Our cleaning team is thoroughly vetted with comprehensive background checks, and we’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.

To enhance your security, we recommend changing your lockbox code every 3 months and utilizing a camera or alarm system with unique codes for each person. While we take every precaution, please note we are not liable for lockboxes or anything that happens to your home when we are not cleaning it.
